I NEVER wear dresses - I am dreading this. What do I need to know?
First, let us reassure you. Even people who wear dresses regularly do NOT try on wedding dresses all the time, and wedding dresses are 100% in their own category of clothing. If you do wear dresses regularly or if you don’t, it doesn’t matter! Because the minute you put on a wedding dress, you’re having a brand-new, completely unique shopping experience curated just for you. This whole process is about finding the dress that feels RIGHT to you, not the dress that feels most trendy, not the dress that you might feel pressured to wear, and definitely not any dress that you feel less than 100% about. You are already beautiful - this process is about finding the dress that really makes you FEEL that, that emphasises who YOU are as a bride.

No one knows the different style and fabric names before they start, and there is never going to be any judgement from us if you don’t know the names of every fancy dress or fabric we pull for you. That would be silly–it’s our job to know that stuff, not yours.
So what do you need to do at your bridal appointment if you never wear dresses?
1 - Come ready to have fun - even if you don’t think it will be
Our stylists are easygoing and down-to-earth, and we just want to celebrate with you as you try on these beautiful dresses that we love so much!
2 - Try on as many or as few dresses as you want
You are in charge of your experience whether it’s the 3rd dress you try on or the 50th.
3 - Bring just yourself or bring your special people
We want you to feel comfortable and just as empowered to reject one of the dresses you try on as you are to say yes to one.
4 - Pay attention to how each gown makes you feel, not just look
Every gown will look beautiful, but only that one will look both beautiful and make you feel like a bride in it.
