Now Hiring: Part-Time Bridal Stylist + Receptionist
Bend, OR | 12–16 hrs/week | $15/hr + commission + tips
Are you passionate about weddings, people, and beautiful dresses? We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our boutique team as a Bridal Stylist + Receptionist — a hybrid role where you’ll support both the front desk and our brides during their appointments.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating meaningful experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a flair for fashion and hospitality.
About the Role
As our Receptionist, you’ll:
Answer phone calls, respond to texts, and check messages
Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out
Collect wedding details from brides to help us personalize their experience
Steam gowns and assist with preparing the boutique for appointments
Help brainstorm and create content for social media
As a Bridal Stylist, you’ll:
Lead bridal appointments and guide brides in finding their dream gown
Style full bridal looks, including veils, accessories, and jewelry
Contribute to a warm, unforgettable shopping experience for brides and their guests
Model gowns for our social media channels to help showcase new arrivals and current styles
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
Positive, kind, and genuinely enjoys working with people
Reliable, punctual, and organized
A quick learner who can think on their feet
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Comfortable being on camera for social content
Able to create a calm and joyful atmosphere for our brides
Schedule & Compensation:
Saturdays: Required, full-day shift
One additional weekday: Half-day shift
Hours: ~12–16 hours/week, with potential to grow
Pay: $15/hour + commission on sales + 100% of your tips
Typical Tasks May Include:
Answering phones and responding to bride inquiries
Leading and supporting bridal appointments
Steaming dresses and unpacking new inventory
Assisting with boutique setup and cleanup
Creating social media content, including dress try-ons
Requirements:
1+ year of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation
Availability every Saturday
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with social media and being on camera
Must be able to work in person in Bend, OR
