PURCHASES

Due to the special nature of ALL merchandise, NO RETURNS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES can be made under any circumstance, including layaways and special orders. Merchandise is cut according to standard manufacture size charts and not to your exact measurements. Our bridal consultants suggest sizes according to these charts but the final decision is yours. Alterations will likely be needed and are the customer’s responsibility. Merchandise must be paid off and picked up 30 days after it arrives or subject to $50.00 storage fee per month. This fee will be charged starting on the 31st day after merchandise arrival. Layaways are to be paid off and picked up in 6 months or deposit will be forfeited and merchandise returned to stock. Cash, check, or credit must be used for final payment. If the customer's card declines during a payment plan, there will be a $25 fee added to the transaction each time the card declines. Bella Brides is not responsible for any referrals made. I agree to the terms and conditions stated above. I give Bella Brides my permission to take photos of myself and my party to use for promotional, advertising, and social media purposes. Any monies paid by other parties are considered a gift and are also subject to non-refundability.

RENTALS

ALL RENTED ITEMS ARE DUE BACK THE DAY FOLLOWING THE EVENT. A daily late return charge of $25.00 per day will be due upon the return of any late returning merchandise.

Payment is required for all items prior to Bella Brides ordering the items from the vendor. In case of a cancelled event or party member, items must be cancelled 10 days prior to the event and the customer will be refunded half of the rental fee; the other half is non-refundable. Any style changes, cancellations or additions must be requested at least 10 days prior to the event. If changes are made after that time, or new orders placed, a $25 fee will be charged.

If the customer's card declines during a payment plan, there will be a $25 fee added to the transaction each time the card declines. Sizes are based on the measurements that are taken in store or that are provided to us by the customer. We are not responsible for the fit of measurements provided by the customer.

The customer MAY NOT tailor rental items in any way without explicit written consent of Bella Brides. This damage waiver relieves the customer of any additional charges resulting from small, accidental damages while the merchandise is in the customer’s possession—stains, snags, missing buttons, etc. It does NOT protect or relieve the customer from any charges resulting from malicious damages—rips, cuts, tailoring, etc.—or lost merchandise while in the customer’s possession.
