Wedding show season has just begun and we are HERE for all you gorgeous brides planning your weddings and getting ready to tie the knot with the love of your life!! We know loads of stress can also come with wedding planning, but we’ve got a big secret that can help make it SO much easier!!
So here’s the secret: one of the best ways to get 100% ready for your wedding is by going to your local wedding show! This is because it gives you an instant look into all the possible vendors you could hire for your wedding and helps you easily start writing down names and numbers so you don’t have to spend hours sitting at your computer screen, agonizing over pictures and reviews without having seen your vendors and their work in person. At a wedding show, you will see vendors and their work, and more importantly, figure out if you will vibe with them!! Planning your wedding is a once in a lifetime experience, and you want to work with vendors you actually like as people!

At your local wedding show, you can win BIG discounts on services and products that will seriously help keep your planning process stress-free and within whatever budget you have planned. All you have to do is stop by each of the booths that interest you and get talking with the vendors there to see what discounts are available!!
2 - WIN TONS OF FREE STUFF
Okay, again, who doesn’t love free stuff? At our Bella Brides table, we offer discount prizes in envelopes that can be won by spinning our prize wheel. You can win anything from a free piece of jewelry to 25% off a veil to $1,000 off the dress of your dreams if you schedule an appointment after you win your prize and end up buying with us!
3 - OPPORTUNITY TO SCHEDULE
At any wedding show Bella Brides goes to, we will help you get on our calendar at the soonest possible availability. Since it is bridal show season, our appointments are booking fast, especially on the weekends. But if you decide to book an appointment with us at a wedding show, you will have one of our staff members literally standing there with you, helping you get in at our earliest availability so you can find the dress of your dreams with whatever discounts you have won along the way!!
4 - FREE APPOINTMENTS
At the bridal shows, you don’t have to pay for your appointment with Bella Brides!! That’s right, you get to come and have the BEST time with your people finding your dress at our store without paying our appointment fees! We offer 3 types of appointments: our Shut Down the Store Appointment, which takes place at 5 PM. We shut down the whole store and you can invite up to 15 people!! There’s a spread of food, champagne and sparkling lemonade, and a photographer there to capture the whole experience of you finding your perfect dress with one of our Master Stylists. You’ll also be able to pick your own playlist!!! Our Champagne Appointment is tons of fun as well, where you’ll be able to bring up to 10 of your people and pop the bubbly (a gift from us to you!) and rely on a Master Stylist to help you find your dream dress. Finally, we offer a Standard Appointment where you can bring up to 5 people and sip on sparkling lemonade while one of our Stylists hears your dress vision and helps you find your perfect dress out of all the options in our store!
5 - SEE OTHER TRUSTWORTHY VENDORS
At the bridal shows there are tons of other vendors that you can take a look at!! We recommend heading over to several different booths: Deebar Ranch, Ossig (a DJ for your wedding!), and Smith Rock Ranch!! Even if some of the vendors we recommend aren’t at a bridal show event, feel free to come and ask loads of questions and we will give you all the info we can!
